How the process works

1. First message. You send photos of your nose (front, both profiles, oblique and base view) and, if available, your previous operative report — on WhatsApp, by email at info@ayhanisikerdal.com or through the consultation form.
2. Assessment. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Işık Erdal personally reviews every consultation request and replies with an honest assessment of your case, including whether revision is indicated.
3. Consultation. A WhatsApp or Zoom video consultation reviews your photos, what went wrong with the primary surgery, realistic goals and the surgical strategy. There is no pressure to commit, and many patients consult and decide later; deciding against surgery is a legitimate outcome. Suitability is always confirmed by personal consultation and examination, which takes place in person in Istanbul before surgery.
4. Surgery and early recovery in Istanbul. Surgery takes place in a JCI-accredited private hospital under general anaesthesia given by a certified anaesthesiologist, followed by one night of hospital observation and daily check-ins during your hotel recovery. 5. Follow-up. After you return home, follow-up continues by video at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, with photo monitoring and written reports for your local doctor. All surgery carries risks, which are discussed individually before any decision.
